Default joint pain
is there any otc drug out there that helps joint pain. lately when i run (when im able to, becaue of the pain) my knees absolutely killing me, to the point i want to scream!!! it's horrible. I know I know I sound like a wuss. but the pain is unbearable.. ontop of the the lower part of the tibia is about to kill me, icey hot doesnt work either. any suggestions
