Has to fit the following criterea:
Course reqiurements:
Safe (atleast as safe as possible LOL)
affordable - since I have some legal bills
low shot count weekly - don't want to stick myself ed
No winny - see above
Routine:
I'll be able to be in the gym 5 days a week.
4 of those days I need to be in and out with in 75 mins.
1 day, time is unlimited.
Diet:
I don't eat fish (tuna and pussy is the closest)
don't eat cottage cheese

dumbell bench press 3 x 12-15
incline flys 2 x 20 3 x 15-20
dumbell shoulder press 3 x 12-15
lateral raises 2 x 20
behind neck tricep press 3 x 12-15
french press 2 x 20
rest of your time in gym cardio
tues back
bent over rows 3 x 15-20
weighted pullups 2 x max reps
deadlifts
wed off or just cardio
thurs biceps, abs
dumbbell curls 3 x 15-20
concentration curls 2 x 20
seated twists 100 each side
leg raises 2 x max reps
side leans 2 x 30 ( light )
cardio
friday legs
calf press 5 x 20
seated leg curls 3 x 15-20
squats 1 x 20
sat/sun rest
