    Create My Next Cycle

    Ok fellas, I am bored. So let's figure out a great cutting cycle, routine and diet.

    Has to fit the following criterea:

    Course reqiurements:
    Safe (atleast as safe as possible LOL)
    affordable - since I have some legal bills
    low shot count weekly - don't want to stick myself ed
    No winny - see above

    Routine:
    I'll be able to be in the gym 5 days a week.
    4 of those days I need to be in and out with in 75 mins.
    1 day, time is unlimited.

    Diet:
    I don't eat fish (tuna and pussy is the closest)
    don't eat cottage cheese

    So let's see what the masses have to say....

    What kind of dosages have you used in the past?

    and what are your current stats?

    I could cut on 500mg sust and 400mg tren enanthate. Thats as cheap as it gets and as low injection as you can get.

    Training, 5 times a week 75minutes...hhmmmmm, now you're pushing it, i did a 5 day split, one body part per day, but by the time i added abs after and then cardio i was there for at least 90 minutes. Other days i need to do calves and traps.

    As for diet. keep your carbs low for 5 days...and i mean LOW and carb load for 2 days i.e. 500mg carbs, you could allow yourslef a cheat meal once a week but nothing drastic.

    When cutting, you have to live with eating the same old shit everyday theres no other about it and you will get sick of it trust me. I buy extar lean mince, easy to cook, thrown in with half a chopped onion and spices,eat it with brown bread, rice, coucous...etc other than that, lean steak, chicken and whey.

    Good luck....im soo fucking glad i dont have to cut till next year.

    Cardio I can do at home on the treadmill.
    eating the same crap shouldn't be an issue...HA!

    dont know if tren constitutes "safe as possible"
    but it was the first thing i thought about also
    tren is sooooo sweeet
    nothing like gaining 15# and loosing fat at the same time

    im not the greatest at this shit, but im gonna have a go just for fun. ignore it if you want.

    cycle= tren & test prop

    diet = shitloads protein
    slow burning carbs breakfast, carbs pre and post workout ONLY.

    training
    couple of warm up sets then:

    mon chest,shoulders,tri's

    dumbell bench press 3 x 12-15
    incline flys 2 x 20 3 x 15-20
    dumbell shoulder press 3 x 12-15
    lateral raises 2 x 20
    behind neck tricep press 3 x 12-15
    french press 2 x 20
    rest of your time in gym cardio

    tues back
    bent over rows 3 x 15-20
    weighted pullups 2 x max reps
    deadlifts

    wed off or just cardio

    thurs biceps, abs

    dumbbell curls 3 x 15-20
    concentration curls 2 x 20
    seated twists 100 each side
    leg raises 2 x max reps
    side leans 2 x 30 ( light )
    cardio

    friday legs
    calf press 5 x 20
    seated leg curls 3 x 15-20
    squats 1 x 20

    sat/sun rest
    regret nothing - you wouldnt be the person you are today if your past hadnt happened

    last go around I was on tren...safe to me LOL I actually love it...been on once to 15 weeks...no sides besides my usual pissy attitude! But only at 200mgs..

    was on 500 test and 200 tren...I am sure I can up that.

    I personally prefer sust as i get alot less water from it, just the way my body reacts, test e even at 500mg makes me hold some water.

    I would prefer it if you took masteron instead of var, mostly for anti-eostrogenic properties with a low test dose it should nail your cycle very well.
