Shoulder problems from cycle?

I am in my second week of my cycle
375mg/week cyp
450mg/week EQ
40mg/day T-Bol

I am getting bad shoulder soreness, not the muscles but in the joints. I did not injur them so I am wondering if the T-Bol is the problem. I am currently taking 6 Aleve a day and this isn't really helping. What are your thoughts?
