DC Training / Doggcrapp Steroid Cycle

Seen as there is alot of discussion on this, and it never truly gets cleared up, I thought it would be good to specifically talk about this side of the training and not the diet/exercises.

I think the majority know what is said in cycling for pennies,( if not google it) so I wont write it down, but basically, regardless of esther length a compound is run for eg. 4 weeks whilst you blast, then reduced to hrt levels wit clomid while you cruise for 2 weeks. The thing that confuses most people is the thought that they will never come off the gear, which is right, BUT - it was taken out of context - What Dante said was aimed at lifters who never came off gear all year anyway, and he saw the cruise & blast method as a better/healthier way. I think the part where he stated his method was better than someone who cycled then lost their gains is what lead people down the wrong path.

So, what I want to discuss is, how should someone who DOES prefer to cycle run there AS whilst doing DC Training?

Assuming someone knows roughly how long there blasts last from experience,The one method that I have seen some use is this-

    BLAST
    WEEKS 1 - 2 TEST PROP
    Weeks 1 - 6 TEST ENAN
    WEEKS 1 - 6 TREN
    WEEKS 7 - 8 TEST PROP, CLOMID

    Then CRUISE at
    WEEKS 9 - 12 PCT

    Then back on.

The following is by a guy going by the name of DatBtrue, which explains starting the clomid during the cycle -

" Finish the blast by the end of week 8 at the latest. Don't go a day over and this will lead to quicker recover because recovery seems to be easier when you are in functional versus absolute shutdown.

    - Since your PCT is going to be short and you are going back on, start using Clomid before you finish your blast and carry it into PCT.
Dante stated way way back in the day to use clomid on cycle and you won't get shutdown. He was slammed later by some for that statement and it isn't exactly true but he felt something was going on.... anyway if you use low dose clomid or IGF-1 LR3 or GH, or insulin or GHRP/GHRH on cycle testicular size doesn't shrink as much and recovery seems easier"

Dante wont talk about this, but obviously, people who he's/ superD/ Homonucleus have trained will know.

It would be good to find a definitve answer to this.

His cycling method is pointless unless you are using short/no ester gear. In Cycles for Pennies, he recommends Test E and EQ, which are in no way considered short esters.
The reason his method doesn't work out is because during the cruise period, you are still on high doses..... becuase the long esters have not cleared your system. When you jump back into your blast, test levels are at HRT levels because you haven't been taking blast doses for the previous two weeks.

If you did it with prop and NPP or some oral, it would work fine.... you'd start the cruise, and immediately drop the doses. Because of the short duration of effect, you would actually be at low doses during your cruise, and when you bumped them back up for your next blast, blood levels would be at 'blast' concentrations within a couple days.

Remember that blood levels for long esters don't peak for about 4-5 weeks. If you cruise on a low dose for two weeks, then start blasting and using more AAS, it will be another 4-5 weeks before your blast doses are high enough to start being effective.

If you want to cycle normally, you can still do it with DC training. The only difference is the training blasts and cruises will not correspond with the blast (on cycle) and the cruise (off cycle) of the drugs.

back in the 80 s people always took clomid or hcg with a cycle to keep your own test going.....i see in the above cycle the levels would go up and down.....i may try it but i would run the prop tru out, skip
    Opps...

Thats what I want to work out, the best way of running AS so it coincides with the b&c schedule.

You can't really, unless you just use orals or short ester gear. I would get really tired of EOD or ED pokes indefinitely. I guess some people do it though.

I wouldn't worry about it coinciding with the blast and cruise. Just cycle on at the beginning of a blast, and come off 8-10 weeks later. You may be off cycle on part of your next blast, but so be it.... if you don't want to stay on gear year round, there's really no way around it.
