    IGF-1 LR3

just looking at running this stuff during PCT from 2 weeks after ive finsihed my stack (sust, deca, mast prop).

    just a few questions

    1) does it have to be site injections or will it have a general effect

    2) would 50mcgs post work out be enough

    3) do i need to bang a load of carbohydrates down after i shoot it as with slin

    cheers guys

    Hi
Ive done igf a couple of times, so i give you what i know.
Generally speaking you normally inject the muscle uve just worked.
50mcg should be fine if its your 1st time which im guessing it is.
So after a workout ie shoulders, you would inject 25mcg in left delt and 25mcg right delt
Igf is not the same as igf but still have some carbs after workout.
There are different ways of cycling igf, i did 4 x week post workout. but some will inject on days off as well.
Good starting point would be to hit it on w/out days and see how you get on.
Also stay on for 4 weeks max, then leave it 4 weeks before you go again if thats what you want.
