receptor sites help???

I understand that the body has so many steroid receptor sites, different in every person and this affects how different people respond differently to steroids. but ive just been reading some more Doggcrapp stuff and he says
" The receptor site theories have proven to be bunk."

What does he mean by this?


Can someone please explain?

people want excuses for why they are not as big as the next guy
or why he gained 25# on the same cycle you only gains 10# on
now i am sure there is some complicated biochemical reason taking the same amount of roids over and over again for many many years would have a lesser effect but i too think the whore receptor downgrading theory is too simple
when that doesn't work they blame it on genetics or body type

when in reality the honest man would admit it is usually training diet and rest, plain and simple
