What do you eat in a day
Ok im curious as to what you guys consume in a usual day this is mine
Breakfast - Protein shake with Creatine
Lunch- Steak about 1/2lb fried in extra virgin olive oil
Dinner- Sandwich/ Seeded batch bread with ham on about 1/5 of the pack so 100 gms + salad
Tea- Spagetti bol or steak, sometimes baked potato and chicken
Snack- Mackerel in tomato sauce
about 220 gms protein
not much carbs
and about 50-70 gm fat
What do you guys do?
6.00 protein/carb shake(40g protein, 70g carb ) 2slice of toast
6.30 train
7.30/7.40 protein/carb shake
9.00 porridge oats
10.30 -11.00 protein/carb shake
1.00 lunch ( chicken + veg/potatoes, spag bol, chicken n rice - you get the idea )
3.00 protein/carb
5.30 - 6.00 evening meal ( same as lunch )
9.00 snack ( omellette / cheese / almonds ) or protein shake
10.00 bed
roughly 280 g protein, 550g carbs, ?????fat
4.30 rise, creatine, banana or shake
8.00 ish - tuna sarnys.
9.00 ish - apple or orange
12.00 ish - steak slice - pint of milk - bag of dry roasted nuts
3.00 ish - banana
4.00 ish - energy drink
training session
7.00 ish - something cooked, such as chicken cormer
10.00ish - shake
12.00ish - stoned, munch attack hits hard, mars bar, yoghurt, ice cream, crisps, biscuits, sweets, sigh, back to square 1, lol...
good post btw reddevil, alot better than the shit thats been on here as of late.
