what protein does everyone use? and how much you paying?
im using a protein / carb mix for all my shakes cause im very ecto and can take the excess carbs, plus its cheaper. peakmass from peakbody.co.uk £35 for 10lb |

Trueprotein.com whey protein concentrate for just over $5 a lb. It was only $3 before the gas prices went up.
I just ordered a blend of casein, whey, and egg white protein.... should be more similar to eating solid food protein. Just over $9 a lb. for the custom mix. Still beats paying $50 for a 2lb tub of shitty whey at the local supp store. |
