Thats awesome seeing that pic of him doing the incline bench press with the super wide grip. Thats one of my favorite excercises. Everytime I finish that the next day I feel all jacked up like I can just do 500 pushups nonstop on the pushup bars with no problem. Mix that inclince bar press in with with some heavy decline presses....first time i did that I thought I was the shit.

Dylan, ive updated the link, so you can grab the download from above now, but if you want better downloads, more of them etc, then goto the main forums and at the bottom of the page you will see a downloads forum where you can grab any download you like, free of course.
ive downloaded every link, so that they are now on our server, so no links should ever be down.
