this is basic but we all forget.....if you want to see some relust in just 2 weeks....do this....on workout days.....drink a drink consisting of 30-40 grams of protein and complex carbs about 1 and half hour before the work out.....then....immediately after do a drink with 40 grams of protein and 75 grams of fast acting carbs......then a hour after the workout do your post workout meal with more protein and carbs.....check it out and get back with me...i bet you will be amazed and the growth and strenth gained,skip...oh i forgot...try this drink after your work out....half cup of strawberrys....1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt....1-2 soups of vanilla protein....1 tbsp of honey....half cup of lowfat milk.....1 cup orange juice...and 5 grams of creatine.....mix till smooth...,skip
