well, you remember i split with my ex... i let her stay in my flat, gave her most of my stuff, we agreed before we married if we split it was mine, then when we split she said what i had prior to marriage was mine and wed split the rest....i got a letter from her solicitor and she wants half, if i dont agree she'll go after my pension and my net property...what pissed me off was it said id given nothing for my son which is bullshit, esp. as i spent all my savings going over there and staying in london while he was in hospital for 10 weeks...i have no net property, just a car and a fish tank... before i met her i had money, a sports car, a great career, a flat (condo) ...i do have my kids thats my blessing

I've been divorced for 10 years now and my two kids are adults now. I have the best son in the world and there is no amount of property or money that would equal my relationship with him. We are the best of friends and he has total respect for me. Somehow the bitch got her claws into my daughter, but hopefully that relationship will be better someday.
