ok if anyone has read my other posts ive been dieting it would seem pretty hard over the past two months, cutting my carb intake to about 80 a day and doing cardio about 5x a week of course doing strength training 3x or more a week. and ive lost about 20lbs... but i have this agrevating 5 inches or so of fat (when in scouched down) on my lower stomach. for the life of me i cant get rid of it.... any suggestions routines i can do?

Thats the last bit that goes mate, i have the same problem, I can get veins sticking out on the side of my belly and lower side abs, striated pecs and tri's...etc yet that little area just below the belly button wont go away. I'll probably have to go sub 7% for it to go.
