ok if anyone has read my other posts ive been dieting it would seem pretty hard over the past two months, cutting my carb intake to about 80 a day and doing cardio about 5x a week of course doing strength training 3x or more a week. and ive lost about 20lbs... but i have this agrevating 5 inches or so of fat (when in scouched down) on my lower stomach. for the life of me i cant get rid of it.... any suggestions routines i can do?
