    Problems finding training partners

Have any of you ever hit a point where you can't get anyone to train with you? My problem is everyone keeps giving me these bullshit excuses why they can't train with me, I have 1 friend that will sometimes but other than that I'm riding solo. I don't know if it's because the friends I ask and I aren't on the same level or it's just inconvienant at the time. I mean I feel stupid as shit having a PT come over and spot me and I feel like it hinders my training when I don't have a spotter all the time because for some reason I lift more if I have someone with me all the time. Anyways, I'm just pissed off.

Honestly, it's easier for me to train solo. I hated having to find a partner. So fuck it, I go solo. If I need a spot, I'll ask someone for help...So be it

i also used to love training solo having gone through many partners, i leant to realise that the most reliable, the most motivational, the most committed guy i could train with was me...

having said that, when i did find a GOOD training partner, i now wouldnt wanna train without him.
he is just as committed as i am, he gives 100 percent, MOST of the time...
ive watched board member mitchb change from a skinny computer geek with no ass , to a stocky doorman with bottle.

ive enjoyed this section of my lifes tale, and enjoyed watching someone else living theres..

I train on my own, but id love a GOOD training partner. Ive trained with other guys but most of act like he-man before you train with them, then the moment u start traaining together they turn into puffs. Last guy i trained with was a rugby player, so naturally well built, besides the fact he couldnt push himself, every week hed complain about something hurting so he couldnt do this exercise or that exercise. And what really wound me up was he unless i pushed him to, he'd never increase his poundages. So i started doing the DC Stretches n he soon fucked off.

For the time being ill stick on my own. Something will turn up.
regret nothing - you wouldnt be the person you are today if your past hadnt happened
