    lowering volume on arm training

At the minute im training arms directly once a week curls, tricep bench, preacher curls, skullcrushers. Work the arms alot through other exercises during the week - rows, deads, bench, shoulder press, chest dips, etc.
Thinking about just doing curls and tricep bench and dropping the skull n preachers as theyre getting worked enough anyway. You think that would be ok?
regret nothing - you wouldnt be the person you are today if your past hadnt happened

small muscles tire so quickly, thats why people go with volume, cause after a few reps sets you have nothing left
I still say muscles grow from heavy weights,
the balance becomes going heavy as you can without risking injury
it is a fine line,t hat i never walked very well
my ego always got in the way and i hurt myself
Don't steal my name. I am Straad.
