Thread: Cardio Challenge

    Cardio Challenge

    Anyone up for this???

Let's see how quick you can do two miles. Now I realise that many guys are very heavy and cannot run two continuous miles but.......stop rest and then carry on until your two miles are complete!

Most of us have got a list of excuses why our times are poor but let's see if we can push ourselves to improve the time that it takes us to cover two miles.

I did this yesterday and my time was a pretty modest 15:06. I know I can get quicker with practise.

Even the big guys like Straad, Busa, Lewi are gonna be nagged for their times.....so get out and do it!!

Vita....you can do it on your crutches or that mobility cart!!

Don't steal my name. I am Straad. Not the straad village that's on the isle of bute. not the straad name-servers or the straad abbreviations and not even the straad players from second life, but the Straad from greatmanjohn, the gmj forums. Straad, the paranoid, overweight, grumpy, human-hating powerlifter!

No running for me, knees can't handle it...If I can use the Elipical machine I'll give it a go...I thinking I can a go a mile in a mintue..

Lord, grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to hide the bodies of those poeple I had to Kill because they pissed me off.

I Can't Run Really Because I Lose Weight Very Fast When I Do But I Will Give This A Go For Fun Soon! Last Time I Ran A Full Mile Was About 10 Years Ago And Time Was 5:30 For One Mile. Mile Childhood Asthma Resurfaces When I Run So It Severely Limits Me ;/

11.42. What about a 5 mile flat bike ride then - no excuses as weight is supported.
