Default boilerroom asked

as it stands i am starting light training untill i can work my chest back from a torn pec i suffered a while back that wont seem to heal right, may cause surgery but we will see.

my training will go roughly like this
monday- legs
tues- off
weds- chest
thurs- back
fri- shoulders and hams
sat- arms
sun-off

as for my cycle i will start a one year cycle starting off small with about 2000-3500mg's per wk stepping up after 3 or 4 months to 6000 maybe 7000mg's per week for the rest of the year.
as for what i will take i am looking at taking for my cycle will be simple
test, deca, eq, parabolan/dmso mix, anadrol i might add a few things and play with my dosages but it will be very heavy and hard with little to no stopping.
as for my diet that will be even more simple then my cycle
chicken,potatos,rice,pasta,green veggies,eggs
all the foods to grow real big
i figure about 6000-8000 cals per day with one cheat meal per wk.

this is what it will roughly look like i will fine tune it more as i work things out but this should do the trick
